This document presents in detail the terms of use for all services on the 229 bet platform, the rights and responsibilities of members, and guidelines related to payments. Please read the complete terms carefully before using the site.
General Provisions
1.1 Applicability of Terms
These terms and conditions apply equally to every member registered on the 229 bet platform. From the moment an account is created, the member is automatically considered to have accepted these terms. It is each member's own responsibility to read these terms in full before using any service on the platform — betting, casino games, claiming bonuses, or payments.
1.2 Age Restriction
All services on the 229 bet platform are for persons aged 21 or above only. If any member opens an account while under the age of 21, or if a third party operates an account on behalf of a minor, the relevant account will be closed immediately and all balances may be forfeited. 229 bet reserves the right to verify age at any time.
1.3 Scope of Services
229 bet operates sports betting, live casino, slots, fishing games and other digital gaming services for Bangladeshi users. The platform is also accessible via Android APK and iOS app, available through designated official channels.
Account Registration and Verification
2.1 Registration Requirements
Each member may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same person's name, on the same device, or from the same IP address is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule will result in all associated accounts being closed.
2.2 Accuracy of Information
All information provided at registration — name, date of birth, mobile number and email — must be completely true and accurate. If an account is opened with false information, the authority reserves the right to close it at any time and withhold deposited funds.
2.3 KYC Verification
229 bet may verify a member's identity at the time of a withdrawal request or in the case of any suspicious activity. For this purpose, a copy of a national ID card, passport or driving licence may be requested. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete.
2.4 Account Security
It is entirely the member's own responsibility to keep their account password and login details secure. Allowing any third party to use the account is prohibited. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
Deposits and Withdrawals
3.1 Deposit Rules
The minimum deposit amount on the 229 bet platform is ৳300. Accepted payment methods for deposits are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (for bank transfers, major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank and BRAC Bank may be used). Only deposits from a payment account registered in the member's own name are accepted.
3.2 Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal methods are the same as for deposits — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Large withdrawals may be delayed until identity verification is complete.
3.3 Source of Funds
The member confirms that the funds they are depositing come from a legitimate source and are not from any third party. If there is any indication of money laundering or illegal financial activity, the authority is obliged to suspend the account immediately and cooperate with the relevant investigating authorities.
Bonuses and Promotional Offers
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members may receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. To withdraw this bonus, the member must wager 20 times the bonus amount. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳2,000 bonus making the total balance ৳3,000, and before the bonus funds can be withdrawn, bets totalling ৳2,000 × 20 = ৳40,000 must be placed.
4.2 Terms for Other Bonuses
Each promotional offer — including the weekly reload reward, slots festival bonus and cricket bonanza offer — has its own withdrawal conditions, which are clearly stated on the relevant promotion page. It is each member's responsibility to read those conditions before claiming a bonus.
4.3 Bonus Abuse
If use of multiple accounts to abuse bonuses, strategic manipulation of betting patterns, or any other fraudulent activity is detected, the relevant bonus and any winnings derived from that bonus will be cancelled. The authority reserves the right to make the final decision on such matters.
4.4 VIP Cashback
The VIP programme has five tiers from Bronze to Diamond. Each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit, paid at a set rate on the week's net losses. The criteria for advancing to higher tiers are determined at 229 bet's discretion and may change.
Betting and Gaming Rules
5.1 Validity of Bets
All bets are considered valid only after they have been definitively accepted by the system. If a bet is not properly registered due to a technical error or connectivity issue, that bet will be treated as void and the stake will be refunded.
5.2 Match Cancellation or Suspension
If a match is cancelled or suspended indefinitely before it starts, the stake for the relevant bet is generally refunded. However, specific rules apply for in-play betting. For cricket, the rules applicable to international tournaments such as BPL, IPL and T20 World Cup follow international standards.
5.3 Incorrect Odds
229 bet reserves the right to cancel bets placed at clearly incorrect odds (due to a technical error or human mistake). In such situations, the original stake will be returned to the account.
5.4 Maximum Payout Limit
The maximum payout from a single bet may vary depending on the sport and market type. The authority reserves the right to change this limit without prior notice.
Prohibited Activities
6.1 Fraud and Manipulation
Any type of fraudulent activity — software exploits, use of bots, manipulating game outcomes, system hacking or any other dishonest method — is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be permanently closed and all funds may be forfeited.
6.2 Sale or Transfer of Account
A member may not sell, rent, or transfer their account to a third party in any way. Operating multiple accounts for the same person or placing bets on another person's account is also prohibited.
6.3 Excessive Load on the System
Sending an abnormal volume of requests using automated software or scripts, creating unnecessary load on the server, or disrupting the normal functioning of the platform is prohibited.
Responsible Gaming

7.1 Setting Personal Limits
Members may set their own daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately; requests to increase a limit are subject to a set waiting period.
7.2 Self-Exclusion
If a member feels that gaming is having a negative effect on their personal or financial life, they may contact our support team to have their account closed for a specified period. No account may be reactivated during a self-exclusion period.
Privacy and Data Protection

8.1 Sharing Information with Third Parties
Members' personal information is not shared with any third party except where required by law or for the purposes of fraud investigation. Limited information may be shared with payment providers for payment processing, which is done through secure channels.
8.2 Marketing Communications
If consent is given at registration, 229 bet may send members promotional messages. Members may withdraw this consent at any time. However, transaction-related and security-related messages will always be sent.
Account Closure and Termination
9.1 Closure at Member's Request
A member may close their account at any time. Any remaining balance must be withdrawn before the account is closed. Once an account is closed, an application to reopen it may be submitted, but a decision will be made subject to a review of prior history.
9.2 Closure at the Authority's Initiative
229 bet may close any account without prior notice if any provision of these terms is violated, if the account holder is involved in fraudulent activity, or due to prolonged inactivity. In the case of closure due to a violation, the account balance may be held temporarily.
9.3 Inactive Accounts
If there is no login or financial transaction for 12 consecutive months, the account may be marked as inactive. In this situation, the authority will notify the member through their registered contact details.
Complaints and Dispute Resolution
10.1 How to Submit a Complaint
If a member has a complaint about a transaction, the outcome of a bet, or the quality of service, they may contact us directly through our 24/7 live chat or email support. Support is available in both Bengali and English. For general questions, you may also visit the FAQ page.
10.2 Dispute Resolution Timeframe
After a complaint is submitted, the authority will investigate within a reasonable time and provide the member with a written response. Complex matters may take longer to investigate, in which case the member will be kept informed of progress.
10.3 Final Decision
229 bet's decision on any matter relating to game outcomes, bonus calculations or the validity of bets will be considered final, unless clear evidence of a technical error can be presented.
Limitation of Liability
11.1 Service Disruption
229 bet will not be held liable if the service is temporarily disrupted due to server maintenance, internet connectivity issues, natural disasters or any other unavoidable cause. In such situations, the platform's decision on the settlement of ongoing bets will apply.
11.2 Third-Party Content
Game providers (Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Evolution, etc.) maintain the content and RTP of their own games. In the case of a technical error in those games, the relevant provider's terms may also apply.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
229 bet reserves the right to change, amend or add to these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified via their registered email or mobile. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
